It's always advisable to work through the costs involved in any purchase and if possible obtain an agreement in principle from a suitable lender, this will improve your position when making an offer for your new home. Appointments are available throughout the week and most weekends, Ray or Paul are happy to visit you at home for your convenience or meet with you at our offices in Prince of Wales Road.
Remember that your home is at risk if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other loan secured on it. Wilson-Call is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority for advising on and arranging mortgages and insurance.
